All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within that period.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
